Get £7,500 off the cost and installation of an air source heat pump through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme.

Who Can Apply?

  • Homeowners in England or Wales (including landlords).
  • The property must have a valid EPC (Energy Performance Certificate)
  • New builds constructed by the owner/occupier (self-builds)

Requirements:

  • Must replace a heating system that runs on gas, oil, LPG, or electric storage heaters/radiators.
  • The installer must be MCS certified.
  • Your new system must meet technical standards (like sound levels and performance)

We installed a Daikin 16kW air source heat pump, a high-recovery unvented hot water cylinder, and underfloor heating across both floors. The project also included a dedicated dual fuel towel rail circuit, fully finished bathrooms and en-suites, followed by the first annual service one year later
